Register by clicking here! We’d love to know which churches are taking part in A Season of Invitation, and after you’ve registered we’ll keep you updated with all the latest released resources, testimonies and information you need. We’ll also show your church on our online map, making it easy for people to find you.“How do I take part?”
There is no registration fee for churches participating in A Season of Invitation, however almost all churches choose to order an invitation pack, available from Traidcraft, via their website. Packs cost £35 each +p&p and include 50 invitation cards for each event, 50 calendar cards, posters for each service and for the whole Season of Invitation and a training booklet.
This is the first year for A Season of Invitation, so it is only running in the UK. However, Back to Church Sunday takes place all over the world and we partner with organisations in a number of countries including Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
If you live in one of these countries or wish to find out about BTCS where you are, please contact our BTCS Developer Michael Harvey on michael@unlockingthegrowth.com. You will not be able to order invitation packs through our UK website.
Once you have registered your church to to take part, you will be emailed a link to order your invitation packs directly through our partners, Traidcraft. (If you have registered, but don’t believe you have received a link to the Traidcraft website, please contact us and we’ll resend it to you.) Please note you will need credit or debit card details to place an order. Once you have placed your order you will be sent a confirmation email/receipt by Traidcraft and your packs will be delivered directly to you within 14 days.
Please note that packs can only be delivered to addresses in the UK (delivery cost – £4.99 per pack). If you want to order additional packs, simply visit the Traidcraft website and you can order them directly through them.
Each participating diocese/denomination has a specifically appointed Season of Invitation Champion. Champions are responsible for supporting churches and promoting SoI in their area.
If you don’t know who your local champion is for Season of Invitation, drop us an email at team@seasonofinvitation.co.uk and we’ll put you in touch with the appropriate person.
